我国中医药健康服务新业态现状及对策

The current situation and countermeasures of the new format of traditional Chinese medicine health service in China

目的:探知中医药健康服务新业态发展及监管现状,提出完善新业态监管对策建议。方法:通过概念厘定和理论分析,针对监管机关工作人员、新业态从业者、普通公众分别制定问卷,抽取S省M市和C市为调研点,随机发放问卷并对有效问卷的数据进行分析。结果:调查发现,当前中医药健康服务新业态发展处于起步阶段,存在缺乏明确的界定标准、监管规范和强有力的监督组织等问题。结论:可从监管能力提升、法规制度完善、中医药健康服务宣教与营销、中医药健康服务体系建设4方面逐步完善中医药健康服务新业态监管。

Objective: To explore the development and supervision status of the new format of TCM health services in China, and put forward some suggestions for improving the supervision of the new format. Methods: Based on concept determination and theoretical analysis, questionnaires were developed for the staff of regulatory authority,practitioners of new business forms and the general public. M city and C city of S province were selected as the research points, and questionnaires were randomly distributed and the data of effective questionnaires were analyzed.Results: although the development of TCM health services is still in its infancy, there are still some problems,such as a lack of clear definition standards, supervision standards and strong supervision organization. Conclusion:the supervision of new forms of TCM health services can be gradually improved from four aspects, including the improvement of supervision ability, the perfection of laws and regulations, the publicity, education and marketing of TCM health services, and the construction of TCM health services system.
