摘要
医生助理被认为是改善卫生服务可及性和公平性、提高医疗服务质量、减轻医生工作负荷的有力措施。美国和加拿大是最早探索医生助理供方模型的国家。本研究选取美国和加拿大为例,从起源发展、培养模式、职业特征、效果评价等角度介绍了这两个国家医生助理的发展情况并进行了对比分析,最后从扩大试点范围、明确岗位职责、完善培养体系、成立专业协会提出国内增设医生助理岗位的具体建议。
Physician assistants are considered a powerful measure to enhance the availability and fairness of health services, improve the quality of medical care, and reduce the workload of doctors. The United States and Canada are the earliest countries to explore the physician assistants supplier model. This study introduces the development of physician assistants in these two countries from the perspectives of historical origins, training mode, occupational characteristics and effect evaluation, and makes a comparative analysis. Finally, it proposes specific suggestions to regulate the development of physician assistants in China, including the expansion of the pilot scope, clarification of job responsibilities, and establishment of a training system and professional association.
