摘要
基于风险评估的检验(RBI)技术综合考虑评估对象的经济性、安全性和潜在故障及失效风险,根据不同设备的故障及失效机理确定对应的检验策略。针对某丙烷脱氢联合装置,进行了风险评估,现场检验中发现的问题与前期评估结果较为一致,有效降低了设备的运行风险。
The risk-based inspection(RBI)technology comprehensively considers the economy,safety,potential failure and failure risk of the evaluation object,and determines the corresponding inspection strategy according to the failure and failure mechanism of different equipment.For a propane dehydrogenation combined unit,the risk assessment was carried out,and the problems found in the on-site inspection were more consistent with the previous evaluation results,which effectively reduced the operation risk of the equipment.
