摘要
高频电阻焊(HFW)管线钢管生产过程中,钢卷弯曲变形成钢管,由于存在加工硬化和包辛格效应的交互作用,制管后钢管的力学性能较钢卷有所变化。因此,需要掌握制管过程中的力学性能变化,从而得到钢卷的力学性能控制要求,生产出满足要求的HFW管线钢管。通过分析B,X42,X46及X52钢级的HFW管线管生产过程中的力学性能变化,形成了从钢卷到钢管之间的力学性能控制技术,对于实现HFW高频焊管的全流程质量控制具有一定的实用价值。
During the production of high frequency electric resistance welding(HFW) line pipe, the coil is bent and formed into pipe. Because of the interaction between hardening and Bauschinger effect, the mechanical properties of pipe will be difference compared with that of coil. Therefore, it is necessary to know the mechanical properties change during pipe making process and obtain the coil control requirements, so as to produce the accepted HFW line pipe. In this paper,the mechanical properties change of B, X42, X46 and X52 steel are analyzed, the mechanical properties control technology from coil to pipe is formed, which has certain practical value to realize the quality control of HFW line pipe in the whole process.
