摘要
目的:探讨回授式教育法在低健康素养冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者中应用的效果。方法:选取44例于2020年12月~2021年6月在本市某三级甲等医院行冠状动脉旁路移植术的低健康素养患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组22例。干预组接受回授式健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育,比较2组患者冠心病相关知识的变化情况。结果:出院后3个月,干预组患者血压控制水平,自我管理总分和各维度,以及生活质量总分及各维度均高于对照组,差异有统计学差异。干预组患者在院期间满意度高于对照组。结论:回授式健康教育有助于提高低健康素养冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的相关知识,提高住院患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Teach-back health education in patients with low health literacy after coronary artery bypass graft surgery.Methods From December 2020 to June 2021,44 patients with low health literacy who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in a tertiary A hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.The intervention group received Teach-back health education and the control group received routine health education.The changes of coronary heart disease related knowledge between the two groups were compared.Results Three months after discharge,the blood pressure control level,the total score of self-management and the dimensions,and the total score of quality of life and the dimensions of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Teach-back health education can help improve the knowledge of patients with low-health literacy coronary artery bypass graft surgery and improve the satisfaction of inpatients.
