抗病毒治疗联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗对轮状病毒肠炎患儿免疫功能与肠道菌群及临床疗效的影响

Influences of antiviral therapy combined with racecadotril granule on immune function,intestinal floras and clinical curative effect in children with rotavirus enteritis

目的:探讨抗病毒治疗联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗对轮状病毒肠炎(RE)患儿免疫功能与肠道菌群及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2018年6月~2020年6月就诊RE患儿90例,分为试验组与对照组,各45例。两组均进行一般治疗,对照组使用抗病毒药物治疗,试验组在该基础上联用消旋卡多曲。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、炎症因子、免疫功能、肠道菌群变化。结果:治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%高于对照组82.22%;试验组临床症状消失时间早于对照组;试验组白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组;试验组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组;肠道菌群双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量高于对照组,大肠杆菌含量低于对照组。结论:抗病毒治疗联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗对RE患儿具有更好的临床效果,能提高免疫功能,纠正肠道菌群紊乱。

Objective To explore the influences of antiviral therapy combined with racecadotril granules on immune function,intestinal floras and clinical curative effect in children with rotavirus enteritis (RE).Methods A total of 90 RE children who were diagnosed from June 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled.They were divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups underwent general treatment.The control group was treated with antiviral drugs,while experimental group was treated with racecadotril granules on basis of control group.The changes in curative effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,immune function and intestinal floras were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group (95.56% vs 82.22%).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in experimental group was earlier than that in control group.The levels of interleukin 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) in experimental group were lower than those in control group,while level of IL-2 was higher than that in control group.The levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA),IgG,CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in experimental group were higher than those in control group.The content of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in experimental group were higher than those in control group,while content of Escherichia coli was lower than that in control group.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of antiviral therapy combined with racecadotril granule is better on RE children,which can improve immune function and correct intestinal floras disorders.
