重大公共卫生事件影响下山东高校毕业生就业挑战及对策分析

Analysis on the Employment Challenges and Countermeasures of College Graduates in Shandong Province under the Background of Major Public Health Events

2020年发生的重大公共卫生事件对毕业生求职产生诸多不利影响。本研究采用齐鲁人才网数据库中8万活跃的山东省2020届高校毕业生和53.5万个就业岗位的样本数据,对山东高校2020届毕业生就业难度指数进行分析。选取山东省4所高校的2000名2020届毕业生进行问卷调查,分析重大公共卫生事件对山东高校毕业生就业产生的不利因素,提出该背景下高校毕业生就业工作应积极转变思想观念,凝聚就业共识;转变工作形式,发挥云端优势;转变工作重点,压实工作责任,从而最大限度的降低不利因素对就业工作产生的影响,促进大学生顺利就业。

Major public health events in 2020 have had many adverse effects on graduates’ job hunting.In this paper,the sample data of 80 000 active college graduates and 535,000 employment positions in Shandong Province in the database of Qilu Talent Network are used to analyze the employment difficulty index of 2020 college graduates in Shandong province.Secondly,2000 graduates in 2020 from 4 universities in Shandong province were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the adverse factors of major public health events on the employment of college graduates in Shandong province.It was proposed that the employment of college graduates in the post-epidemic era should actively change their ideas and build consensus on employment.Change the work form and give full play to cloud advantages;Change the focus of work,compaction work responsibility,so as to minimize the impact of adverse factors on employment,to promote the smooth employment of college students.
