摘要
大学生群体是年轻的高素质人口,也是城市发展重要的人才储备,对于增加社会发展活力,推动经济高质量发展具有不可估量的作用。近年来很多城市面临着本地毕业生群体流失严重问题,哈尔滨市作为黑龙江省会城市,虽然教育资源丰富,但是毕业生留在本地就业的数量也不容乐观。本研究以哈尔滨市为例,对大学生本地就业意愿进行问卷调查,利用统计数据分析大学生本地就业意愿以及影响因素,提出针对性的对策建议。期望通过对哈尔滨市的调查分析,为同类城市大学生本地就业提供行之有效的政策建议。
The group of college students is a young and high-quality population with academic qualifications,and it is also an important talent reserve for urban development,which plays an immeasurable role in increasing the vitality of social development and promoting high-quality economic development.However,in recent years,many cities are facing serious problems with the loss of local graduates,and Harbin,as the capital city of Heilongjiang Province,although rich in educational resources,the number of graduates staying in the local area is not optimistic.Therefore,this paper takes Harbin City as an example,conducts a questionnaire survey on the local employment willingness of college students,analyzes the local employment willingness and influencing factors of college students using statistical data,and finally proposes targeted countermeasures.It is expected that through the analysis of Harbin City,it will provide effective policy suggestions for the local employment of college students in similar cities.
