摘要
海底管道在储存及船舶运输过程中都需要按照一定的层数进行海底管道堆放,为尽可能节约存储及运输船舶空间,如何得出允许堆放层数成为海底管道存储及运输的关键问题。利用Roark应力应变公式,分别推导出了管道钢管和管道涂层应力限制条件下管道允许堆放层数的计算公式,海底管道堆放层数应选择计算结果中的最小值,以保证堆放管道钢管及其涂层的安全。
Submarine pipelines need to be stacked according to a certain number of layers during storage and shipping.For more space saving in storage and shipping,calculating the number of allowable stacking layers has become a key point in the storage and shipping of submarine pipelines.By using the Roark stress-strain formula,this paper deduced that in calculating the number of allowable stacking layers of steel pipe and pipe coating under stress,the minimum results should be taken to ensure the safe stacking of steel pipe and pipe coating.This paper has provided a calculation method for stacking submarine pipelines.
