思想政治理论课教师的“情怀”

摘要 思想政治理论课教师的情怀关系着思想政治理论课的实效性。做有情怀的思想政治理论课教师植根于中华民族传统“师者”文化,担负新时代立德树人的现实任务,承载着中华民族伟大复兴的未来期盼。有情怀的思想政治理论课教师要有安身立命的自我情怀,有立德树人的育人情怀,有先忧后乐的家国情怀。以深厚的理论素养提升自我情怀,以高尚的道德修养涵养育人情怀,以坚定的理想信念厚植家国情怀,是做有情怀的思想政治理论课教师的实践进路。 The“noble sentiments”of ideological and political theory teachers are related to the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.Being an ideological and political theory teacher with“noble sentiments”is rooted in the traditional“teacher”culture of the Chinese nation,undertaking the realistic task of building morality and cultivating people in the new era,and carrying the future expectations of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses with“noble sentiments”must have self-sentiments to settle down and establish their own lives,have the devotions of educating people by virtue,have the national identity characterized by the thought of grieve first and rejoice afterwards.To enhance self-esteem with profound theoretical literacy,to nurture people’s sentiments with noble moral cultivation,and to cultivate devotion to family and country with firm ideals and beliefs are the practical approach of being a teacher with“noble sentiments”in ideological and political theory courses.
