通过阐释“放管服”与政务服务便民化改革的基本理论,总结河北省政务服务便民化改革的实践成效,分析其中存在的现实困境及其成因,从放权便民、标准便民、科技便民、监督便民、法治便民等维度,提出河北省政务服务便民化改革的对策建议。

By interpreting the basic theory of streamlining the government,delegating power,improving public services and the reform of government service facilitation,the practical results of the reform of government service facilitation in Hebei Province are summarized.The existing practical difficulties and the causes are analyzed.And the countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of government services in Hebei Province are put forward,including the decentralization for the convenience of the people,standardization for the convenience of the people,using science and technology for the convenience of the people,supervision for the convenience of the people,and rule of law for the convenience of the people.
