Present Situation and Suggestions on the Construction of Confidentiality Team of Agricultural Plant Quarantine

结合农业植物检疫保密队伍现状,对农业植物检疫保密队伍存在的业务水平不高、稳定性不强、积极性缺乏等问题进行了分析,并从稳定保密队伍、连续培训教育、完善保密制度、优化职能设置、激励机制导向方面提出了相应的建议。

Combined with the current situation of the confidentiality team of agricultural plant quarantine,the problems existing in the confidentiality team of agricultural plant quarantine,such as low professional level,weak stability and lack of enthusiasm,were analyzed.And some corresponding suggestions were put forward from the aspects of stabilizing the confidentiality team,continuous training and education,perfecting the confidentiality system,optimizing the function setting and guiding the incentive mechanism.
