Understanding and Ideas of Urban Renewalin China in the New Era

本文回顾了我国城市更新发展主要阶段,从居住区更新、产业更新和城市基础设施更新三个层面分析典型实践案例,总结存在的主要问题,解读当前城市更新方向和要求,提炼出四个方面的城市更新重点思路,以期为新时期城市更新工作提供借鉴。

This paper reviews the main stages of urban renewal development in China, analyzes typical practice cases from the three levels of community renewal, industry renewal and urban infrastructure renewal, summarizes the main problems that exist, interprets the current direction and requirements of urban renewal, and extracts the key ideas of urban renewal in four aspects, in order to provide reference for urban renewal in the new era.
