Digital Upgrade of Big Data Platform of Assembly Decoration——Taking Yangzhou Greenland Health City as an example

国家陆续出台相关政策,大力发展与推动装配化装修技术体系。在国内,保障房、长租公寓、精装住宅、酒店、康养以及医疗等领域,具有大量的增量市场,装配化装修在这些领域渐露锋芒。本文选取了扬州绿地健康城精装住宅项目,从设计出发,通过大数据平台协同完成项目的数字化运作。研究装配化装修企业运用大数据平台提升施工管理和项目运维。

China has successively issued relevant policies to vigorously develop and promote the assembly decoration technology system. There are a large number of incremental markets for affordable housing, long-term rental apartments,hardbound housing, hotels, health care and medical treatment, where assembly decoration is gradually showing its edge in these fields. This paper selects the hardbound housing project of Yangzhou Greenland Health City, and completes the digital operation of the project through the big data platform starting from the design. This paper also studies how assembly decoration enterprises use big data platform to improve construction management as well as project operation and maintenance.
