我国绿色建筑工程管理的现状与发展建议

Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Project Management of Green Building in China

自然环境的加剧恶化引起政府和公众的重视,“双碳”目标的提出促使传统的工程管理理念向绿色建筑工程管理理念转变。本文总结了绿色建筑与工程管理理念的内涵,分析了不同国家绿色建筑的评价体系,从行业、技术、人员三个方面总结了我国绿色建筑工程管理存在的主要问题,并从设计管理、施工管理、法律法规、政府扶持、从业人员五个层面提出了解决的建议。

The aggravation and deterioration of the natural environment has attracted the attention of government and public.The “Double Carbon” goal has promoted the transformation of the traditional project management to the Green Building project management. This paper summarizes the connotation of Green Building and project management, analyzes the evaluation systems of Green Building in different countries, explores the major problems hindering the development of Green Building project management from three aspects including industry, technology and personnel, and puts forward development suggestions from five aspects, such as design management, construction management, laws and regulations, government support and employees.
