摘要
对传统卸妆产品进行优化完善,开发一款新型具有美白功效的卸妆乳液产品。采用聚丙烯酸交联聚合物和三乙醇胺为基本体系,研究了增稠剂的用量,表面活性剂的复配以及美白功效成分烟酰胺的含量对卸妆乳液体系的影响,同时通过测定相关理化性质得出最佳添加量,从而得到成熟稳定的配方。结果表明:聚丙烯酸交联聚合物的最佳添加量为0.25%,表面活性剂PEG-8辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类和PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类复配的最佳添加量分别为5%和3%,美白功效成分烟酰胺的最佳添加为0.8%,制备得到的卸妆乳液清洁能力强大,肤感良好,美白效果优良。
The traditional makeup remover products were optimized and perfected to explore the development of a new cleansing emulsion product with whitening effect.Using polyacrylic acid cross-linked polymer and triethanolamine as the basic system,the effects of thickener dosage,the amount of surfactants and the content of whitening efficacy ingredients on the makeup remover emulsion system were studied.At the same time,the optimum dosage was obtained by determining the physical and chemical properties,so as to get a mature and stable formula.The results showed that the optimum dosage of polyacrylic acid cross-linked polymer was 0.25%,the best addition of surfactants PEG-8 octanoic acid/decyl glyceride and PEG-6 caprylic acid/decyl glyceride were 5% and 3% respectively,and the best amount of nicotinamide was 0.8%.The prepared makeup remover had strong cleaning ability,good skin feeling and good whitening effect.
