α-MnO_(2)纳米棒:一种催化葡萄糖级联反应的串联酶

α-MnO_(2) Nanorods:A Tandem Enzymes for Catalytic Glucose Cascade

摘要 采用水热法制备了α-MnO_(2)纳米棒。通过SEM和XRD对材料进行了表征,证明材料的合成是成功的。通过可行性和选择性分析,证实α-MnO_(2)对葡萄糖具有催化作用。讨论了不同pH值和温度对材料催化反应的影响。最后对葡萄糖进行检测,得到葡萄糖检测的标准工作曲线。在0.5~250μM范围内,浓度与吸光度之间的正线性相关为Y=2.51908x+0.31578,最低检出限为0.3μM。该比色传感串联酶在临床血糖检测或食品工程中具有潜在的应用前景。 α-MnO_(2) nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal method.It was characterized by SEM and XRD to prove that the material was successfully synthesized.Through feasibility and selectivity analysis,it was confirmed thatα-MnO_(2) could catalyze glucose.And the influence of different pH and temperature on the catalytic reaction of materials was discussed.Finally,the glucose was detected and the standard working curve of glucose detection was obtained.The positive linear correlation between concentration and absorbance was Y=2.51908x+0.31578 in the range of 0.5~250μM and the minimum detection limit was 0.3μM.It may have potential application prospects in clinical blood glucose detection or food engineering.
