摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测水中苦味酸和8种农药的检测方法。水样无需富集,经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,以乙腈和超纯水为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾电离源,以多反应监测(MRM)方式进行检测,外标法定量。方法线性关系良好(r>0.998),测定下限为0.152~5.867μg/L,回收率75.7%~99.7%,相对标准偏差0.7%~4.5%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,适用于地表水和饮用水中农药和苦味酸的快速分析。
An UPLC-MS/MS method to determine pesticides and picric acid in water was developed.After filtered water samples through 0.22μm filter,water sample was separated by UPLC system with mobile phase of methanol and ultrapure water.Identification was achieved by electrospray ionization source in multiple reaction moniroring modes.Quantification was performed by the external standard calibration.The calibration showed good linearity with correlation coefficient over 0.998.The minimum detection concentration were in the range of 0.152~5.867μg/L.The recoveries of standard addition were 75.7%~99.7%,and RSDs were 0.7%~4.5%.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and suitable for rapid determination of surface water and drinking water.
