摘要
为了培育学生科研能力,优选合成手性取代芳香醇的综合实验,使用特性的催化剂,在常温常压水溶液中,采用甲酸还原苯甲酰乙腈合成(S)-3-羟基-3苯基丙腈的路线,整个过程完整的实践化学合成研究的一般方法,立项准备、实验操作、物质表征,练习了萃取、洗涤、干燥、旋转蒸干、薄板层析、测比旋光度等操作,学习大型仪器元素分析仪、核磁共振波谱仪和高效液相色谱仪使用技术。
In order to cultivate students’scientific research ability,a comprehensive experiment was conducted to optimize the synthesis of chiral substituted aromatic alcohols.Using a characteristic catalyst,the route of synthesizing(S)-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropiononitrile by reducing benzoyl acetonitrile with formic acid in an aqueous solution at room temperature and pressure was adopted.The general method of chemical synthesis research,project preparation,experimental operation,material characterization,extraction,washing,drying,rotary evaporation,thin plate chromatography,specific rotation,etc,were practiced in the whole process,so as to learn the use technology of large-scale instrument element analyzer,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and high performance liquid chromatography.
