《化工生产单元操作》课程项目化教学改革探索

摘要 针对中职学校化工类专业《化工生产单元操作》课程难教难学局面,探索通过项目化教学方式进行化解。从教学项目、内容设计着手,即采用来源于生产实际的化工单元操作进行情境式教学,以项目为引领、通过子项目和相应工作任务驱动教学内容,强化技能学习;到教学实施过程,即通过学生做中学、学中做。以认识常用设备——理解工作原理——掌握操作规程——仿真训练——设备操作——总结提升为主线贯穿于整个项目化教学过程的实践,取得了良好的教学效果。 In view of the situation that it is difficult to teach and learn the course of Chemical Production Unit Operation for Chemical majors in secondary vocational schools, the project teaching method was explored to solve the problem. From the teaching project and the design of the content of the course and the use of Chemical Production Unit Operation from the actual production of situational teaching, project as the guide, the teaching content was drived through the sub-project and corresponding work tasks and the learning of skills was strengthened. Through “learning by doing and Learning to do”, students learned courses during the teaching implementation process.The practice of understanding common equipment-understanding working principle-mastering operating rules-simulation training-equipment operation-summarizing and upgrading was the main line throughout the whole project-based teaching process, and good teaching effects were achieved.
