基于IPA分析法的旅游管理专业实习生适应度及其影响因素研究

Study on Intern Adaptability and Its Influencing Factors of the Trainees of Tourism Management Major Based on IPA

实习生适应度既是衡量该专业学生对未来行业适应能力的指标,又是影响学生未来职业选择和该专业人才培养目标实现的重要因素。研究选取高校旅游管理专业实习生为受访对象,通过发放问卷获得真实研究数据,运用IPA分析法,对高校旅游管理专业实习生的适应度及其影响因素进行了分析,发现该专业实习生的适应度不仅与实习单位、实习岗位有关,还与性别有关,最重要的影响因素主要集中在实习单位方面。研究据此从学校、企业及学生三个方面提出了提高实习生适应度的对策。

Intern fitness is a measure of the students’ ability to adapt to the future industry,as well as an important influencing factor of the students’ future career choice and the realization of the goal of talent cultivation.This study selects the interns of Tourism Management Major in colleges and universities as the interviewees,obtains the real research data through issuing questionnaires,and analyzes the adaptability and its influencing factors of the interns of Tourism Management Major in colleges and universities by using the IPA analysis method,it is found that the adaptability of interns in this major is not only related to internship units and internship positions,but also related to gender.Based on this research,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the adaptability of interns from three aspects:schools,enterprises and students.
