摘要
以上海市静安区某深大基坑工程为背景,分析了项目的特点与难点,介绍了基坑工程的设计思路,并重点介绍了紧邻保护建筑物区域采取的技术措施。通过现场监测数据对设计方案实施效果进行了分析,结果表明基坑支护设计方案实施效果良好,达到预期的目标,很好地保护了周边环境,可为软土地区类似深大基坑工程的设计与施工提供参考。
Based on the background of a deep and large foundation pit project in Jing’an District of Shanghai City,analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the project,introduces the design ideas of the foundation pit project,and focuses on the technical measures taken in the area adjacent to the protection building. The implementation effect of the design scheme is analyzed through the on-site monitoring data. The results show that the implementation effect of the foundation pit support design scheme is good,achieves the expected goal,and protects the surrounding environment well. It can provide reference for the design and construction of similar deep foundation pit projects in soft soil areas.
