摘要
某大底盘多塔结构为特别不规则超限高层建筑。运用PKPM和ETABS两种软件计算验证分析,结果吻合良好;并分别进行了弹性时程以及动力弹塑性时程分析,对结构的关键构件及部位采用了抗震性能化的设计方法。通过以上分析,对结构的薄弱部位提出了相应的抗震加强措施。最后结果表明结构具有良好的抗震性能,能够实现相应的抗震性能目标,并且具有较好的承载力储备。
The large podium multi-tower structure is a special irregular high-rise building. PKPM and ETABS are used for calculation and verification analysis,and the results are in good agreement. The elastic time history analysis of the structure and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis are carried out, and the design method of seismic performance is adopted for the key components and parts of the structure. Through the above analysis,the seismic strengthening measures are proposed for the weak parts of the structure. The final results show that the structure has good seismic performance,can achieve the corresponding seismic performance targets,and has a good bearing capacity reserve.
