摘要
澳门某项目为满足上部高大结构空间要求,T1/T2塔楼1F~2F设有一排斜柱,斜柱高度为11.9 m,倾斜角度为77°。斜柱的施工相比普通柱要困难很多,分析斜柱施工过程中测量定位、钢筋绑扎、模板安装、混凝土浇筑以及温度控制的施工重难点问题,采取解决措施,得出以下结论:采用钢模板和钢架支撑的方式有利于保证斜柱施工工期和施工质量;混凝土浇筑采用C形管槽将振捣棒插入斜柱底部进行振捣;温度控制是质量保证的关键,通过实验结果,确定采用预埋循环水管、包裹泡沫塑料的温度控制措施。保证了斜柱的顺利施工,为类似工程提供借鉴。
In order to meet the space requirements of the upper tall structure of a project in Macao,a row of inclined columns are set from 1F to 2F of T1/T2 towers, with a height of 11.9 m and an inclination angle of 77°. The construction of inclined column is much more difficult than that of ordinary column. Analyzes the key and difficult problems of measurement and positioning,reinforcement binding,formwork installation,concrete pouring and temperature control in the construction process of inclined column,takes solutions,and comes to the following conclusions:the use of steel formwork and steel frame support is conducive to ensure the construction period and construction quality of inclined column;C-shaped pipe groove shall be used for concrete pouring,and the vibrator shall be inserted into the bottom of the inclined column for vibration;Temperature control is the key to quality assurance. Through the experimental results,the temperature control measures of the embedded circulating water pipe and the wrapped foam plastics are determined. It ensures the smooth construction of inclined column and provides reference for similar projects.
