Analysis of iodine nutrition monitoring results of children and adults in Daxing District,Beijing from 2019 to 2021

摘要 目的调查2019年-2021年北京市大兴区儿童成年人碘营养状况,指导科学合理补碘。方法通过分层随机抽样的形式,2019年-2021年每年抽取8岁-10岁儿童、成年人各200名,对其尿样实施尿碘监测.并总结大兴区小学生成人碘营养水平变化趋势。结果2019年-2021年采集的8岁-10岁儿童尿样720份,尿碘中位数分别为.170.8μg/L、192.0μg/L、151.4 ug/L,处于适宜范围内,尿碘异常率(<100μg/L、≥300μg/L)按年份比较差异有统计学意义(Х^(2)=6.12,P<0.05),呈逐年降低;:2019年-2021年采集的成年人尿样600份,中位数分别为136.1μg/L、143.2μg/L、134.3μg/L,处于适宜范围内,尿碘异常率(<100μg/L、≥300μg/L)按年份比较差异无统计学意义(Х^(2)=2.46,P>0.05)。结论大兴区8岁-10岁儿童及成人仍存在碘摄入量不足的风险;又同时提示碘过量的风险同时存在。仍有一部分人使用非碘盐或不合格碘盐。依旧需要定期开展尿碘盐碘的监测,加大宜传和管控力度确保碘营养维持在合理水平。 ;Objective To investigate the iodine nutritional status of children and adults in Daxing District of Beijing from 2019 to 2021,and to guide scientific and rational iodine supplementation.Methods By stratification random sampling,urine samples taken from children at 8-10 years old and 200 adults from 2019 to 2021 were conducted for continuous surveillance,and the trend of changes in iodine nutrition levels of primary school students and adults in Daxing District was summarized.Results The medians of urine iodine in urine samples collected from 720 children aged at 8-10 during 2019—2021 were 170.8 μg/L,192.0 μg/L and 151.4 μg/L.The;urine iodine’s abnormality rate(<100 μg/L,5=300 μg/L)is statistically significant by year(Х^(2)=6.12,P<0.05)decreased year by year;the medians of urine iodine in urine samples collected from 600 adults collected in 2019-2021 were 136.1 μg/L,143.2 μg/L and 134.3 jxg/L.The differences of abnormal rate of urine iodine(<100 μg/L,5=300 μg/L)among different years was not statistically significant(Х^(2)=2.46,P>0.05).Conclusion Children and adults aged 8 to 10 in Daxing District still have the risk of insufficient iodine intake,and it’s suggested that the risk of iodine overdose exists at the same time.Some people still use non-iodized or substandard iodized salt.'It is still needed to carry out regular monitoring of urine iodine and salt iodine,increase publicity and control efforts to ensure that iodine nutrition is maintained at a reasonable level.
