团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划课程中的应用研究——以九江学院为例

Research on the Application of Group Counseling in College Students’ Career Planning Courses——Take Jiujiang University as an Example

我国大学生职业生涯规划课程的辅导方式非常多样化,团体辅导作为其中一种辅导方式被广泛采用,但还存在一些问题。本研究通过问卷调查,考察团体辅导在九江学院大学生职业生涯规划课程中的应用现状,剖析团体辅导对大学生职业生涯规划的意义,得出以下结论:将团体辅导融入职业生涯规划课程有利于大学生适应不同阶段的生活,有利于大学生全面认识自我并作出合理的职业生涯规划,有利于大学生正确认识社会就业现状并树立正确的职业价值观。最后从以下五个方面提出将团体辅导融入大学生职业生涯规划的路径对策:拓展团体辅导的形式,提高高校对团体辅导的重视程度,完善团体辅导的体系,采取多元化的团体辅导评估手段,加强团体辅导人员队伍建设。

The counseling methods of College Students’ career planning courses in China are very diverse.Group counseling,as one of them,is widely used,but there are still some problems.Through the questionnaire survey method,this paper investigates the application status of group counseling in the career planning course of college students in Jiujiang University,analyzes the significance of group counseling to college students’ career planning,and draws the following conclusions:integrating group counseling into the career planning course is conducive to college students’ adaptation to different stages of life;It is helpful for college students to fully understand themselves and make reasonable career planning;It is helpful for college students to correctly understand the current situation of social employment and establish correct professional values.Finally,it puts forward the path Countermeasures of integrating group counseling into college students’ career planning from the following five aspects:expanding the form of group counseling;Pay more attention to group counseling in Colleges and universities;Improve the system of group counseling,adopt diversified evaluation methods of group counseling,and strengthen the construction of group counselors.
