芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗在阑尾周围脓肿中的应用

The clinical application of glauber's salt external application combined with antibiotics in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess

目的探讨芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗在阑尾周围脓肿的临床应用效果。方法选择100例阑尾周围脓肿患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规抗生素治疗,试验组予以芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗,疗程1~2周。比较2组患者治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、腹痛消失时间、发热消失时间、住院时间、住院费用。结果试验组组治疗总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组(68.00%),且并发症发生率、腹痛及发热消失时间、住院时间、住院费用均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗能显著提高阑尾周围脓肿患者治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of glauber's salt external application combined with antibiotics in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess.Methods 100 cases of periappendiceal?abscess patients were divided into experiment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)randomly.The experiment group was treated with routine antibiotics,the control group was treated with routine antibiotics combined with glauber's salt external application.The two groups were treated for 1-2 weeks.Total effective rate,complication rate,time of abdominal pain loss,time of fever disappeared,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were compared in the two groups.Results Experimental group total effective rate(92.00%)is significantly higher than the control group(68.00%),and the complication rate,abdominal pain and fever disappear time,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Glauber's salt external application combined with antibiotics can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients with periappendiceal abscess,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospitalization time,save hospitalization expenses and alleviate the patient's suffering.
