二次铝灰处置及利用现状及其在炼钢中的应用 被引量:11

Disposal and utilization of secondary aluminum dross and its application in steelmaking

摘要 中国是铝生产和消费大国,伴随着铝产业的发展,原铝的制备、加工和再生过程中排放出大量铝灰(渣)危险固体废弃物,不仅对环境造成了污染,还存在着二次资源浪费的问题。针对二次铝灰的成分特点以及处理现状,综述了二次铝灰在钢铁行业中的应用及其制备成铝酸钙炼钢精炼剂的技术现状和发展趋势。利用廉价的二次铝灰制备成铝酸钙炼钢精炼剂作为炼钢辅助原料,可在一定程度上节约炼钢成本,同时也是目前缓解二次铝灰处置及利用问题的有效手段。 China is a large country of aluminum production and consumption.With the development of aluminum industry,a large number of aluminum dross(slag)hazardous solid wastes are discharged in the process of raw aluminum preparation,processing and regeneration,which not only pollutes the environment,but also wastes the secondary resources.According to the composition characteristics and treatment status of aluminum dross,the application of aluminum dross in iron and steel industry and the technical status and development trend of preparing calcium aluminate steelmaking refining agent are summarized.Using cheap secondary aluminum dross to prepare calcium aluminate steelmaking refining agent as auxiliary raw material for steelmaking can not only save steelmaking cost to a certain extent,but also be an effective mean to alleviate the problem of disposal and utilization for aluminum dross.
