摘要
中小城市平均出行距离较小,公共交通“门到门”服务能力较弱,步行和非机动车交通成为日常出行的主体方式。随着机动车保有量快速增加,慢行路权空间被停车位占用,慢行交通出行环境日益恶化。如何发展绿色交通成为中小城市现阶段城市建设的一大难题。以南京都市圈周边中小城市为例,通过分析交通现状困境,研究“现代化都市圈”和“碳达峰、碳中和”的新机遇和新要求,从对外交通、内部交通、都市圈毗邻地区交通三个角度探讨绿色交通发展的实施路径。
The average travel distance in medium and small cities is short,and the"door-to-door"service capacity of public transportation is weak,pedestrian transportation and non-motor vehicle traffic become the main modes of daily travel.With the rapid increase of motor vehicle ownership,the right of way of non-motorized traffic is occupied by parking,and the travel environment is deteriorating day by day.How to develop green transportation has become a major problem in the current urban construction of medium and small cities.Taking the medium and small cities around Nanjing metropolitan circle as an example,by analyzing the current situation and difficulties of transportation,this paper studies the new opportunities and requirements of"modern metropolitan circle"and"carbon peak and carbon neutralization",and discusses the implementation path of green transportation development from the external transportation,internal transportation and transportation in the adjacent areas of the metropolitan circle.
