From the aspects of operation efficiency and benefit of urban rail transit,four key operation performance indicators are selected,including intensity of passenger transportation,full load rate,train service reliability and driver productivity.This paper explains the meaning of the indicators,analyzes the domestic and foreign standards,puts forward the improvement countermeasures,which can provide references for the improvement of operation performance level of urban rail transit operation enterprises.
