摘要
露天矿钻机智能化作业是实现智能穿爆环节的重要内容。论述了基于北斗卫星导航技术的露天矿钻机定位与导航系统的研究过程,分析了系统的架构、组成、功能和关键技术,实现了钻机作业过程的智能化控制,通过研究解决了钻机驾驶员的操作效率低和穿孔数据实时性差的问题,并对钻机驾驶员的安全驾驶起到了一定的辅助作用。
The intelligent operation of open pit drilling rig is an important part to realize the intelligent piercing and blasting link.This article discusses the research process of open-pit mine drilling positioning and navigation system based on Beidou satellite navigation system,analyzes the architecture,composition and key technology of the system,which realize the primary intelligence of drilling process.The article solves the problems of low operation efficiency and poor real-time performance of perforation data of drilling rig driver,which plays an auxiliary role in the safe driving of drilling rig driver.
