5G三频混合组网在西湾露天煤矿智能化建设中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 基于智能矿山矿用卡车和电铲实现无人驾驶、辅助设备平地机和推土机实现远程操控、矿坑排水实现远程监控、实现煤炭连续开采业务的大带宽、广覆盖、低时延网络需求,研究了5G高、中、低3个频段混合组网方案,并在西湾煤矿进行了实际应用。结果表明:低频能够很好实现露天矿采坑全覆盖,满足无人驾驶控制类业务需求;高频能够实现大带宽,满足电铲远程操控多摄像头视频拼接业务;中频能够兼顾各项目基本的视频和控制类业务需求。 Based on the network requirements of large bandwidth,wide coverage and low delay for intelligent mining trucks and shovels,auxiliary equipment graders and bulldozers for remote control,pit drainage for remote monitoring,and continuous coal mining business,the article studies 5g high,medium and low frequency hybrid networking scheme,which has been applied in Xiwan Coal Mine.The results show that low frequency can well realize the full coverage of open-pit mining pit,meet the needs of driverless control business,high frequency can realize large bandwidth,meet the video splicing business of shovel remote control multi camera,and medium frequency can take into account the basic video and control business needs of various projects.
