无人驾驶技术在新疆天池能源南露天煤矿的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为提高露天煤矿的智能化水平,实现矿山少人化、无人化的建设目标,新疆天池能源南露天煤矿引进无人驾驶技术,开展现场工程实践与理论分析;以新疆天池能源南露天煤矿为研究对象,介绍了矿用卡车无人驾驶系统的技术架构和系统构成,论述了露天煤矿无人驾驶的建设内容和现场运行效果、存在问题以及后期建设规划。结果表明:新疆天池能源南露天煤矿无人驾驶双编组双班运行技术的成熟,有效地提升露天煤矿采剥作业效率和安全管理能力。 In order to improve the intelligence of open-pit coal mine and accomplish the construction goal of few people and automation in the open-pit mine,Xinjiang Tianchi Energy South Open-pit Coal Mine has introduced unmanned technology and carried out field engineering practice and theoretical analysis and research.Taking Xinjiang Tianchi Energy South Open-pit Coal Mine as the research object,the article introduces technical framework and system composition of mine truck driverless system,and discussed the construction content and operation effect,existing problems and later stage construction plan of unmanned driving in open-pit coal mine.The results show that the maturity of driverless double formation and double shift operation technology in Xinjiang Tianchi Energy South Open-pit Coal Mine effectively improves the mining and stripping operation efficiency and safety management ability of open-pit coal mine.
