摘要
为了推进胜利西三露天矿智能化建设进程,实现矿山智能管控、统筹管理、可视化管理;在满足数据传输的基础上,考虑到节约建设成本、减少建设工期,采用无线宽带集群技术,建设TD-LTE专网;选型多系统共用智能终端,实现多信息化子系统共用网络。结果表明:胜利西三露天矿应用宽带集群的智能化建设实现了矿山可视化调度,规范了安全管理流程,达到了“矿山一张图”的展示效果,生产管理水平大幅提升,生产效率稳步提高。
In order to promote the intelligent construction process of Shengli Xisan Open-pit Mine and realize the intelligent control,overall management and visual management of the mine,on the basis of satisfying data transmission,we consider saving construction cost and reducing construction period,adopt wireless broadband cluster technology to build TD-LTE private network,select multi system shared intelligent terminal and realize multi information subsystem shared network.The results show that the intelligent construction practice of applying broadband cluster in Shengli Xisan Open-pit Mine realizes the visual dispatching of the mine,standardizes the safety management process,achieves the display effect of"one map of the mine",greatly improves the production management level and steadily improves the production efficiency.
