新建本科院校的文化特质具有自身特征、有着自身独特的象征符号系统,也具有对地域社会适应的变动性。由新建本科院校文化的应然功能出发,发现当前新建本科院校存在着核心价值体系特色不够、象征符号系统模糊、自我变迁能力较弱、文化影响能力有限等问题。由此,要以理想文化为目标,分析现实文化与理想文化的差距,营造相关群体发挥能动性的环境氛围,以实现新建本科院校提高其文化育人能力的本然目标。

The cultural characteristics of newly-built universities are a system with its own characteristics,with its own unique symbol system,and also with the change of regional social adaptation.Based on the function of the culture of the newly-built universities,it is found that the core value system is not enough,the symbol system is vague,the ability of self-change is weak,and the ability of cultural influence is limited.Therefore,it is necessary to take the ideal culture as the goal,analyze the gap between the reality culture and the ideal culture,and create the environment atmosphere for the related groups to exert their initiative,so as to realize the original goal of the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities to improve their cultural education ability.
