航空薄壁件压铆质量控制研究

摘要 针对航空薄壁件压铆质量差、误差累积等问题,提出航空薄壁件压铆质量控制模式。基于工程计算法建立压铆力-压铆质量理论模型,并用ABAQUS软件和伺服压铆机分别对直径4 mm的平锥头铆钉进行数值模拟和压铆实验,结果表明镦头尺寸理论值与模拟值和实验值相对误差均小于5%。构建物理车间、虚拟车间、数据服务平台协同作业的工作模式,在压铆力数据实时采集的基础上,利用压铆力-压铆质量理论模型、质量离差算法实现压铆力实时监测,进而控制压铆质量。最后,以某型号机翼的蒙皮和长桁压铆连接为例进行实例验证,验证了该控制模式的有效性,可为薄壁件压铆质量控制提供新技术途径。 In order to solve the problems of the poor riveting quality and error accumulation in the assembly process of aviation thin-walled parts,a riveting quality control mode of aviation thin-walled parts was proposed.A theoretical model of the riveting force and the quality of the riveting is established based on the engineering calculation method.The ABAQUS software and servo riveting machine were used to carry out numerical simulation and riveting experiment of flat cone head rivet with a diameter of 4 mm respectively.The results show that the relative error between the theoretical value,the simulated value and the experimental value of the formed head geometries is less than 5%.A collaborative working mode of physical workshop,virtual workshop and data service platform was constructed to control riveting quality.On the basis of real time collection of riveting force data,the theoretical model,mass deviation algorithm were used to realize real-time monitoring of riveting force,and then the quality of riveting was controlled.Finally,taking the riveting of aircraft skin and stringer of a certain type of wing as an example,the above control mode is verified to provide a new technical approach for the quality control of the riveting of aviation thin-wall parts.
