Design of a Multifunctional Safety Helmet for Mosquito Control in Forest Areas

目前国内外对于林区防蚊虫安全帽的研究仍是一个空白。该文针对这一问题,根据国家标准GB 2811—2019《头部防护安全帽》,合理设计了一种适用于林区防蚊虫的多功能安全帽。该多功能安全帽由安全性能好的玻璃钢制成,主要具备安全、防蚊虫、定位和保暖功能。每种功能都有其相应的装置,采用不同装置的组合,可以实现不同功能的搭配。这种多功能安全帽的设计,为林区工人提供一种可同时具备安全、防蚊虫、定位和保暖功能的工具,对我国劳动保护发展、提高林区作业人员安全性具有重要的意义。

At present,the research on forestry helmets at home and abroad,especially the research on anti-mosquito performance,is still a blank.In response to this problem,according to the national standard GB 2811-2019“Head Protection Helmets”,a multi-functional safety helmet suitable for mosquito prevention in forest areas is reasonably designed.The multi-functional safety helmet is made of FRP with good safety performance,which mainly has the functions of safety,anti-mosquito,positioning and warmth.Each function has its corresponding device,and the combination of different devices can realize the matching of different functions.The design of this multifunctional safety helmet provides forest workers with a tool that can simultaneously function as safety,mosquito repellent,positioning,and warmth retention,which is of great significance to the development of labor protection in my country and improving the safety of workers in forest areas.
