摘要
目前国内外研究的森工产品老化试验设备无针对性,并且只能调节一种或者两种老化因素,无法全面调控掌握森工产品老化的环境因素。因此,设计一种全气候多因素针对性强的森工产品老化实验箱,对研究森工产品老化试验、提高森工产品质量、延长森工产品使用寿命、防止森工产品败坏降解具有重要意义和价值。该研究旨在设计一种同时可以测量温度、湿度、光照强度的森工产品专用老化试验箱,利用照明、光照、喷淋和通风等装置模拟自然环境,并通过设计温度、湿度、光照强度的控制系统和传感系统,精确测量气候因素对各种森工产品带来的影响,为森工产品的保持、运输及最佳使用条件的研究提供设备保障。
At present,the aging test equipment of forest products studied at home and abroad is not targeted,and can only adjust one or two aging factors,which cannot fully control and master the environmental factors of forest products aging.Therefore,an all climate and multi factor targeted forest products aging test chamber is designed to study the aging test of forest products,improve the quality of forest products.It is of great significance and value to prolong the service life of forest products and prevent the deterioration and degradation of forest products.The purpose of this study is to design a special aging test chamber for forest products that can measure temperature,humidity and light intensity at the same time,simulate the natural environment by using lights,lighting,spray system,ventilation and other devices,and accurately determine the aging climate factors of various forest products by designing the control system and sensing system of temperature,humidity and light intensity.Provide equipment guarantee for the maintenance of forest products,transportation and the research of the best use conditions.
