摘要
砂砾是一种常见的路基填料,但由于其棱角比较圆滑,造成较难压实。该文为了优化砂砾压实的效果,通过振动压实成型试验,利用石渣与砂砾在抗剪强度上的差异,提出了优化砂砾压实效果的方法[1]。通过掺加不同含量的石渣,可以改善了所形成结构的内摩擦角,加强了颗粒之间的关联程度,提高了压实效果。采用动态监控方法进行了成型过程的监控,得到了有关结构抗力信息,并进行了对比分析,为现场改善砂砾路基的压实效果奠定了基础。
Grit is a common subgrade filler,but it is difficult to compact due to its smooth edges and corners.In order to optimize the effect of grit compaction,according to the difference in shear strength properties of grit and slag.In this paper,a method to optimize the compaction effect of grit is proposed by means of vibration compaction molding test,taking advantage of the difference in shear strength between slag and grit.By adding different amounts of slag,the internal friction angle of the formed structure can be improved,the degree of association between particles can be strengthened,and the compaction effect can be improved.The dynamic monitoring method was used to monitor the molding process,obtain the information about the structural resistance,and conduct comparative analysis,laying the foundation for improving the compaction effect of the gravel subgrade on site.
