Relying on the Support of Information Technology,Actively Promote the Capacity Building of Archival Services

随着档案事业全面数字化转型的发展需要,档案信息化工作中的服务能力需要通过提高信息技术支撑、加强服务能力建设、推进复合型人才培养等一系列多元化、精深化的科学方法和高效模式,以此来提高档案整体的工作效率和服务水平。该文在此基础上还进一步研究了如何努力挖掘档案“以人为本”的服务潜力,从而优化提升档案服务的社会价值与资源效益,以期更好地推动档案事业全面数字化转型与高质量发展。

With the development needs of the comprehensive digital transformation of the archival industry,the service capability in the archival informatization work needs to improve the overall work efficiency and service level of the archives by improving the support of information technology,strengthening service capacity building,and promoting the training of composite talents.On this basis,this paper further studies how to tap the“people-oriented”service potential of archives,so as to optimize and enhance the social value and resource benefits of archival services,in order to better promote the comprehensive digital transformation and high-quality development of archival services.
