走好新时代高水平人才自主培养之路的思考与实践

人才兴则国家兴,人才强则国家强。当今世界,民族复兴的伟大进程以及新一轮科技革命与产业变革等时代形势对人才自主培养工作提出了新任务新要求。高校作为人才培养的桥头堡和主阵地,必须科学把握时代要求,锚定人才培养的着眼点、发力点,打造高水平人才培养体系。北京大学积极响应党和国家的战略部署,聚焦立德树人根本任务、高水平科技自立自强、世界学术前沿与“四个自信”,加快培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人,坚定不移走好新时代高水平人才自主培养之路。

Flourishing talent prospers and strengthens a country.Nowadays,the great process of national rejuvenation and the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform have put forward new tasks and requirements for the independent training of talents.As the bridgehead and main position of talent training,colleges and universities must scientifically grasp the requirements of the times,anchor the focus and starting point of talent training,and create a high-level talent training system.Peking University has actively responded to the strategic deployment of the party and the state,focusing on the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue,self-reliance in high-level science and technology,the world’s academic frontier and the“the confidence in the path,theory,system and culture”,accelerating the training of new people worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation,and unswervingly taking the road of independent training of high-level talents in the new era.
