劳动活动智能化:理论、现实与实现策略

摘要 积极正向的劳动活动是劳动价值观建构的基础,而劳动活动智能化是积极正向的劳动活动的具体化,指向学生心智成长和情感体验,导向学生的良好劳动价值观的培育。然而,劳动活动智能化的实践严重缺失,主要表现为科学性不足,虚假兴趣泛滥;舍弃物智能,弱化劳动的时代性;活动忙碌平庸,困顿学生的心灵。要真正实现劳动活动智能化,需要科学设计激发兴趣的劳动活动,促使学生身体、经验与思维同步发展;借助物智能,联通学生与外部劳作世界;劳动活动设定缓冲带,促进学生智慧生成。 Positive labor activities are the basis for the construction of labor values,and the Intellectualization of labor activities are the embodiment of positive labor activities,which point to students’mental growth and emotional experience,and lead to students’good labor values.However,the practice of intelligent labor activities is seriously lacking,mainly manifested as:lack of scientificity,the proliferation of false interests;abandoning the material intelligence,weakening the times of labor;busy and mediocre activities,which impede the souls of students.To truly realize the intellectualization of labor activities,it is necessary to scientifically design labor activities to stimulate interest,and promote the synchronous development of students’body,experience and thinking;With the help of physical intelligence,connect students with the external working world;Setting buffer zone for labor activities to promote students’wisdom generation.
