海洋平台稠油工况液位仪表选型设计研究

摘要 稠油工况液位仪表选型一直是制约稠油热采油田开采的关键技术问题,针对目前几个渤海项目中出现的原油粘度大的特点,提出了稠油工况液位仪表选型设计方案,通过合理化选型,一方面实现了最佳的测量效果,解决了测量准确性的问题;另一方面针对不同粘度,差异化选型,有效地减少了工程投资,解决了稠油热采过程中的关键技术问题,满足了稠油油田深度开发的需要。 In view of the characteristics of high viscosity crude oil in several Bohai projects at present,the selection design scheme of liquid level instrument under high viscosity oil working condition is put forward.Through rational selection,on the one hand,the best measurement effect is realized and the problem of measurement accuracy is solved.On the other hand,according to the differential selection under different viscosity,the engineering investment is effectively reduced.It solves the key problems in the process of high viscosity oil thermal recovery and meets the needs of deep development of high viscosity oil fields.
