摘要
使用气相色谱三重四极杆质谱联用技术测定细颗粒物的半挥发性有机物。取适量滤膜样品,置于25 m L具塞比色管中,加入20 m L正己烷丙酮(1∶1)混合溶液,超声波萃取30 min,浓缩定容至1 m L,样品进入气相色谱三重四极杆质谱仪分析。方法具有较宽的线性关系和较高的灵敏度。
Determination of semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOC)of fine particulate matter(PM;)is conducted by using gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Take an appropriate amount of membrane sample,placed in a 25 m L plug cuvette,add 20 m L of n-hexane/acetone(1∶1)mixed solution,ultrasonic extraction for 30 min,concentrate volume to 1 m L,and then the samples enter gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer to be analyzed. The separation effect of this method is good,with a wide linear relationship and high sensitivity.
