石门北牵引变电所电能质量治理的调研与思考

Investigation and Consideration of Power Quality Control of Shimen North Traction Substation

通过对石长线石门北牵引变电所电能质量控制系统(UPMS)的基本概况、系统功能、应用效果和存在问题进行调研分析,提出了全路基于各牵引所各有其独特的负荷特性及各线外部条件不同,且该UPMS控制系统设备产品未定型和未进行相关认证,不宜照搬至全路其他牵引变电所使用,建议路、电双方下一步应加快推进谐波治理标准统一的研究,并制定出台电能质量治理管理办法。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the basic situation,system function,application effect and existing problems of the power quality control system of Shimen north traction substation on Shimen-Changsha railway line,it is proposed that the system should not be copied for reference and application by other traction substations within the whole railways since each traction substation has its own unique load characteristics,the external conditions of each railway line are different as well as the products of the system equipment are not finalized and accredited accordingly.It is suggested that both parties of the railway and the power grid should accelerate the research on the unification of standard for harmonic treatment,formulate and issue the power quality control and management measures.
