RED模式下多维度延续护理在强直性脊柱炎患者中的应用

Application of multi-dimensional continuous nurse in RED mode in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的观察RED模式下的多维度延续性护理模式对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的影响。方法选取我院收治的AS患者93例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组47例予以RED模式下的多维度延续性护理模式;对照组46例予以常规延续性护理。比较两组患者干预前后疾病不确定感[疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)]、自我管理能力[成年人健康自我管理能力测评表(AHSMSRS)]、锻炼依从性、功能改善情况[华氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数量表(BASFI)]、晨僵时间及疼痛程度(VAS)。结果干预后两组MUIS评分较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组AHSMSRS评分较干预前高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组BASFI、VAS评分较干预前低,晨僵时间较干预前短,且观察组BASFI评分、VAS评分低于对照组,晨僵时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论RED模式下的多维度延续性护理可减轻AS患者疾病不确定感,提高其自我管理能力和锻炼依从性,还能改善患者关节功能和晨僵、疼痛等症状。

Objective To observe the influence of multi-dimensional continuous nurse in RED mode on patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods 93 cases of AS patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.47 cases in the observation group were given the multi-dimensional continuous nurse in RED mode,46 cases in the control group were given routine continuous nurse.The disease uncertainty[sense of uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)],self-management ability[adult health self-management assessment scale(AHSMSRS)],exercise adherence and functional improvement[Fahrenheit ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI)],morning stiffness time,degree of pain(VAS)of the two groups before intervention and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the MUIS scores in both groups were lower,the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the AHSMSRS scores in both groups were higher than that in the control group,the score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The exercise compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the BASFI and VAS scores in both groups were lower,and morning stiffness time was shorter;the BASFI and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and morning stiffness time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional continuous nurse in RED mode can reduce the disease uncertainty of AS patients,improve their self-management ability and exercise compliance,and improve their joint function and symptoms such as morning stiffness and pain.
