基于Win3DD-M型三维扫描仪对泵盖零件逆向建模研究

摘要 本文主要研究复杂曲面逆向建模的新方法和逆向设计质量提高和效率的方法。通过专用产品某型直流水泵泵盖的逆向设计研究,着重研究复杂曲面在逆向扫描的过程中交界面重面消除的问题,同时研究如何在扫描的过程中尽量减少缺面,提高设计质量。Win3DD-M型三维扫描仪是目前应用较为广泛的三维扫描设备,并被指定为全国职业院校技能大赛产品数字化设计与制造赛项制定设备,目前对于该产品的应用和功能开发还存在很多不足,尤其在复杂曲面逆向建模方面,处理方法较为灵活,技巧性较强,如处理不当,就会造成曲面扫描不全,出现重面等问题;在曲面和曲面过渡处,容易出现重面,造成扫描失败,以致无法完成逆向建模。本课题主要解决以上两大主要问题,充分发挥设备性能,提高在逆向设计和制造方面的研究水平和教学水平。企业在产品设计时,为提高设计效率,满足模块化设计需要,强化产品再创新,需要采用大量逆向设计。在产品逆向设计的过程中,需要解决复杂曲面扫描不全、云点数据处理丢失、出现重面等问题,尤其是小曲面的逆向设计处理,本研究可解决产品逆向设计时的相关难题。 This paper mainly studies a new method of inverse modeling of complex surfaces and a method to improve the quality and efficiency of inverse design.Through the research on the reverse design of the pump cover of a special type of DC water pump,the research focuses on the problem of eliminating the interface and heavy surface during the reverse scanning process of complex curved surfaces,and at the same time,it studies how to minimize the missing surface during the scanning process and improve the design quality.Win3DD-M 3D scanner is currently widely used 3D scanning equipment,and is designated as the equipment for the digital design and manufacturing of products in the National Vocational College Skills Competition.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the application and function development of this product,especially in in terms of inverse modeling of complex surfaces,the processing method is more flexible and skillful.If it is not handled properly,it will cause incomplete surface scanning and multiple surfaces.So that the reverse modeling cannot be completed.This topic mainly solves the above two major problems,gives full play to the performance of the equipment,and improves the research level and teaching level in reverse design and manufacturing.In product design,in order to improve design efficiency,meet the needs of modular design,and strengthen product re-innovation,a large number of reverse designs need to be adopted.In the process of product reverse design,it is necessary to solve the problems of incomplete scanning of complex surfaces,loss of cloud point data processing,and occurrence of multiple surfaces,especially the reverse design processing of small surfaces.This research can solve the related problems in product reverse design.
