摘要
虚拟匹配是使用零件3D扫描数据和先进测量分析软件来对制造完成的零件或总成进行尺寸分析的技术。本文阐述了虚拟匹配与传统的寸匹配过程相比的优势,介绍了虚拟匹配的常规操作流程,并给出了多种数据分析方法。并以某车型底盘挡孔问题为实例,具体介绍虚拟匹配方法在尺寸问题解决中的综合应用。
Virtual matching is a technology that uses part 3D scan data and advanced measurement analysis software to perform dimensional analysis of manufactured parts or assemblies. This paper expounds the advantages of virtual matching compared with the traditional inch matching process, introduces the routine operation process of virtual matching, and gives a variety of data analysis methods. Taking the problem of a certain vehicle chassis stopper hole as an example, the comprehensive application of the virtual matching method in the solution of the size problem is introduced in detail.
