压气机叶轮的逆向重构研究

摘要 随着装备制造业的快速发展,一些复杂且具有特殊功用的零部件应用较多。但获取这些零件以及待修复部位的特征信息较为困难,导致再制造与修复成本较大,而通过逆向重构可将实体工件转化为三维CAD模型,便于复杂零件的再制造与修复。以机械零件压气叶轮为例,提出了基于Geomagic Design X三维软件的逆向重构方法,对点云数据进行面片化处理,对此模型进行领域处理,并进行曲面拟合。结果表明,该方法可以获得更准确的曲面模型,与通过NURBS曲线构建曲面的方式相比,基于曲面特征构建曲面的方式进行模型重构的精度更高。 With the rapid development of the equipment manufacturing industry, some complex parts and components with special functions are particularly important.It is quite difficult to obtain the feature information of these parts and the feature information of the parts to be repaired, so the cost of remanufacturing and repairing is too high.Through the reverse reconstruction, the solid workpiece can be converted into a three-dimensional CAD model, which is convenient for the remanufacturing and repairing of complex parts.Taking the mechanical part compressor impeller as an example, a reverse reconstruction method based on Geomagic Design X 3 D software is proposed.The point cloud data is patched, the patched model is processed in the field, and the surface fitting is performed.The results show that this method can obtain a more accurate surface model.Compared with the method of constructing a surface through the NURBS curve, the method of constructing a surface based on the surface features has higher accuracy for model reconstruction.
