摘要
不同旋向与不同刃线方向的钻头配合使用能有效抑制被加工工件的毛刺状况。为了提升右旋左刃钻头的制造能力,在右旋右刃刀具的磨削工艺基础上提出一种右旋左刃钻头镜像磨削算法:定义了钻头的整体结构参数,建立了三个坐标系,在对应的坐标系下通过右旋右刃磨削模型研究了钻头端齿与周齿部分磨削工艺的镜像磨削算法,编写C++程序模块对机床NC进行计算,经磨削仿真与实际加工验证了算法的有效性。
The burr condition of workpiece can be effectively restrained when combining the drills with different rotation and edge directions.In order to improve the manufacturing capability of right-rotation left-edge drill, a mirror grinding algorithm of right-rotation left-edge drill is proposed based on the grinding process of right-rotation right-edge drill: The overall structure parameters of drill are defined, and three coordinate systems are established.According to right-rotation and right-edge grinding model, the mirror grinding algorithm for the grinding process of drill tip teeth and circumference teeth is studied in the corresponding coordinate system.Finally, C++ programming module is used to calculate the processing data of machine tool, the validity of the algorithm is verified by grinding simulation and actual machining.
